For our 15th talk, we were able to sit down with mixed-martial arts royalty and UFC Hall of Famer, Patrick Miletich. Patrick is one of the most outspoken and authentic people we have had the privilege to speak with. In our discussion, we talked about his UFC career, the difficulty of chasing the belt vs being chased, his creation of the Miletich Fighting Systems, which bred UFC champions Matt Hughes, Jens Pulver, Robbie Lawler, Tim Sylvia and Jeremy Horn, his work training with law enforcement, and the importance of ones health through organic means! This talk was part of our first Martial Arts Symposium!
