For our 11th talk, we spoke with the incredible Graciela Casillas, who has been active in martial arts for the last 45+ years. Graciela has a 10th degree black belt in Shen Chun Do, 3rd degree black belt in Kodenkan Jujitsu, 3rd degree black belt in American Kenpo, is an active NRA instructor, and the first fighter to hold world titles in boxing and kickboxing simultaneously. Our discussion with Graciela covers her career as a self-defense expert, her book, "The Lioness Within, A Guide to Personal Protection For Women", and her story of how she landed her gig leading the choreography for the Smokey Robinson video, "Just Hold Me"! This talk was part of our first Martial Arts Symposium.
